DOOR POLICY

Solutions Leisure Group management retain all rights to entry. Ticket/deposit payments will NOT be refunded if you are refused entry for one of the following reasons:

• Under the influence of drugs
• Deemed to be drunk / intoxicated
• Fail to present valid proof of age ID (See above)
• You do not adhere to the venue’s dress code

The venue will make the final decision on the entry of the door in relation to any of the above reasons.

Solutions Leisure Group events are held in compliance with the UAE legal drinking age of 21. With both family and 21+ events, this does change depending on location and brand. Licensed events will operate with a ‘Check 25’ policy, meaning that, for any guests that look under the age of 25, you will be required to show proof of age with a valid form of ID with you to gain entry, or be required to be in the presence of a responsible adult. The door staff will only accept a valid official ID such as Passport, National ID or Drivers License. The venue reserves the right to refuse anyone entry without proof of ID without any exception.

CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSITS

Due to the diverse nature of our events and venues, our cancelation and refund policies vary between brands and events. Solutions Leisure Group website accepts payment for tickets and reservations by credit card or debit card. For cancellations please contact our reservations department directly with full details of your cancellation.

All New Year’s Eve bookings require an advanced payment prior to the event. Any reservation amended or canceled before the 27th of December, will be fully refundable. Amends or cancellations made on 28th and up to 9pm on 29th December will be 50% refundable. Reservation amends or cancellations made after the 29th December are non-refundable.

EVENT CONTENT

Solutions Leisure Group reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event within its venue portfolio, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. To ensure the privacy of children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending a Solutions Leisure Group event or venue who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers/ venue

Any person or organisation not affiliated with Solutions Leisure Group may not use, copy, alter or modify Solutions Leisure Group photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Solutions Leisure Group.

Birthday Voucher

Solutions Leisure Group provide a complimentary birthday voucher, applicable to select events. The birthday voucher is valid for up to 5 guests and your booking must be within 10 days of your actual birthday. Valid ID/proof of DOB must be provided in order for the voucher to be valid.Only 1 birthday voucher will be applicable for every 5 people. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction withany other offer or voucher.

Please note discounts vary between venues and cannot be uses in conjunction with any other offers.

Discounts offered by SLG or third-party partnerships may vary between venues and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts. These discounts are not applicable to package deals available at our venues.
