Meet The Family
The senior management structure consists of our CEO, Creative Director, Operations Director, Group Head of Sales & Marketing and Group Executive Chef. We do not outsource, everything is done in-house by our dedicated team. Our departments include marketing, social media, PR, creative and concept design, in addition to a growing entertainment and talent division.
Paul Evans left the financial services sector in 2000, to follow his passion for F&B and spent the last 20 years building the Solutions Leisure Group, with the company owning and operating more than 25 F&B outlets worldwide including homegrown concepts such as Lock, Stock & Barrel, Asia Asia and Wavehouse at Atlantis, The Palm.
Prior to launching the Solutions Leisure Group, Freek worked for several years as a professional sound engineer and consultant. Then two worlds collided when Paul & Freek met in 2001 - soon thereafter their empire of all things hospitality was born! With experience in opening venues in the Middle East, Holland and the Caribbean – Freek sure knows how to build an amazing venue.
At the tender age of 17, Sacha joined a French Chef School in Paris.
His career started with Planet Hollywood where he was responsible for the opening teams for franchises around the globe. Sacha’s next venture was with world-renowned Gaucho Grill, and right before his move to Dubai, he was the GM of the very famous Cocoon on Regent Street, London!
